The Project
The demand for industrial rental spaces is currently reaching record highs, while availability remains extremely limited. In response to this reality, the Robitaille family (Syscomax), together with Edifis and ADM, joined forces to develop a series of industrial rental buildings designed to support the storage and distribution of various manufactured products.
Covering a total area of 135,000 sq. ft. (12,541 m²) and divisible into five units ranging from 22,500 sq. ft. to 55,000 sq. ft., the first phase, YMX-4, features a steel structure with a clear height of 32 feet. In addition, the structural grid and space allocation were carefully designed to meet the operational needs of distribution centres and their occupants. Versatile in nature, these units can accommodate a wide range of industrial businesses over time.
Located within the Mirabel Aerocity site, alongside Highway 50 and near major transportation routes, YMX-4 offers tenants a strategic location for logistics operations and commercial distribution activities.
Completed over a period of eight months, construction began in August 2021 and was finalized in April 2022.
