Valdev 2

In 2015, the business relationship between Syscomax and real estate developer Valdev began with the construction of a first industrial building of 170,270 sq. ft. (15,819 sq. m.), located within the Valdev real estate park in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield.

In 2018, Valdev once again entrusted Syscomax with the development of Valdev 2, an impressive building primarily designed for industrial rental spaces dedicated to storage, as well as goods receiving and shipping operations. Covering a footprint of 153,668 sq. ft. (14,276 sq. m.), the project was delivered in less than a year, to the client’s full satisfaction.

The main façade, which houses the administrative area, stands out through a composition combining architectural block, corrugated steel cladding, generous glazing, and NOREX insulated metal panels. The remaining elevations are clad with NOREX insulated metal panels and include 10 loading dock doors as well as 2 oversized 16’ x 18’ doors, providing direct access into the building.
