The company entrusted Syscomax with the construction of its new Saint-Jacques location, situated on Marcel-Lépine Street. The project includes a Uniprix pharmacy on the ground floor, along with leasable spaces on the second floor.
With a total area of 20,215 sq ft (1,878 sq m), the building stands out for its modern architecture, characterized by clean lines that enhance natural light. The façade features perforated aluminum panels with a distinctive design, complemented by integrated lighting that highlights the building’s unique character.
