Produits de piscine Trendium

In March 2022, Syscomax proudly delivered another industrial project: the expansion of Produits de piscine Trendium’s facilities located in LaSalle. Building on its success and the strong demand for its products, the company needed to increase the size of its existing facility by an additional 50,000 sq. ft. (4,645 m²), bringing the total building area to 201,267 sq. ft. (18,704 m²), including both the original facility and the expansion. Syscomax was selected to bring this large-scale project to fruition.

The mandate consisted of extending the existing building to include a large storage area for a diversified range of products, as well as a dedicated section for the manufacturing of above-ground pools. To ensure architectural harmony with the existing structure, the architect in charge of the project opted for an exterior envelope combining masonry and polyurethane insulated panels (Norex).

Completed over a period of eight months, the work progressed according to schedule. The coordination of structural erection, carried out simultaneously with excavation work and concrete pours, represented a significant challenge that the Syscomax team successfully overcame with excellence.
