Syscomax has added another achievement to its aerospace portfolio with the delivery of a purpose-built rental facility, now part of the Syscomax Immobilier portfolio. Designed to optimize the operations of an aviation-focused company, this 24,000 sq ft (2,230 sq m) building addresses a clear need for specialized rental spaces in the Greater Montreal area.

Located in the heart of the International Aerocity of Mirabel, the building features a spacious warehouse, a bright cafeteria, and functional, adaptable office spaces. Completed in just five months, the project stands out for the agility and proactivity demonstrated by Syscomax’s team.

Constructed during the pandemic, the project presented significant challenges. In response, the team rose to the occasion, doubling down on efforts and demonstrating strong adaptability to deliver a project that met expectations within a tight schedule.

Bringing together “construction” and “retention”
