The Project
Specialized in the sterilization of products and equipment intended for the hospital sector, PAMA Manufacturing plays a key role in the medical supply chain by ensuring the safe processing and decontamination of healthcare materials. The new facility was designed to support these highly specialized operations and is the first building constructed on the former Mirabel airport site since its demolition, marking a new phase of redevelopment for this strategic area.
Built on a total area of 20,946 sq. ft. (1,946 sq. m.), the facility was designed to meet the strict requirements associated with sterilization activities, where precision, traceability, and compliance with stringent health standards are essential. Its layout optimizes operational flows between processing zones while ensuring a controlled environment suited to the industrial processes of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
