The Project
The project involved a major reorganization of Meubles Foliot’s head office administrative spaces in Saint-Jérôme, with the objective of better reflecting the company’s brand image and continued evolution.
The work was carried out in three distinct phases, ensuring the company’s operations remained fully active throughout the construction process. The first phase consisted of the installation and fit-out of a new mezzanine, increasing office space and optimizing the use of the existing building. The second phase involved temporarily relocating employees to the ground floor to allow the upper level to be fully renovated. Once completed, the third and final phase focused on the redevelopment of the ground floor.
One of the main challenges of the project was maintaining full operational continuity at the head office despite the scale of the renovations. Through careful planning and a phased construction approach, business activities were sustained without interruption.
Following completion of the work, the existing building—originally constructed by Syscomax during earlier phases—now totals 259,847 sq. ft. (24,141 m²), reinforcing a head office environment aligned with the company’s growth and identity.
