Boulangerie Lanthier (Baie-d’Urfé)

In 2016, in collaboration with its main shareholder, the French company La Fournée Dorée, Boulangerie Lanthier developed a new line of brioche-style breads and positioned itself within this fast-growing market segment.

In this context, Syscomax was mandated to support the company in optimizing its facilities through the construction of an 85,450 sq ft (7,940 sq m) expansion. Built on a steel structure and clad with Norbec panels, with an epoxy-finished floor, the new section features a roofing system with a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply membrane, selected for its excellent durability-to-cost ratio. This project marked the third major mandate carried out by Syscomax for Boulangerie Lanthier since 2013, in addition to several minor interventions over the years.

A few years later, in 2023, Syscomax delivered another major expansion of 53,580 sq ft (4,978 sq m), significantly increasing the building’s footprint to accommodate additional production lines, while enhancing storage, receiving, and shipping areas.

This long-standing collaboration reflects the strong relationship between the two companies and Syscomax’s ability to support its clients’ sustained growth.
