The Project
Founded in 1901, J.L. Brissette is a leading beverage distributor in the Laurentians and has long been responsible for distributing Coca-Cola products throughout the region. To support the growth of its operations and consolidate its activities within modern, high-performance facilities, the company entrusted Syscomax with the construction of its new headquarters in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.
Located within the Les Bâtisseurs Business Park, this 23,820 sq. ft. (2,213 m²) facility was designed to meet the organization’s logistical and administrative needs. The building features modern office spaces that promote collaboration among teams, as well as extensive warehousing areas designed to accommodate a large volume of products and optimize distribution operations.
Through its strategic location and purpose-built design, this new facility enables J.L. Brissette to continue its growth while strengthening its ability to efficiently serve customers throughout the region.
