The Project
Located directly on the tarmac of Montréal–Mirabel International Airport, Hélibellule FBO offers a full range of executive services tailored to a regional and international clientele.
The building, acquired in 2007 with the support of Syscomax, was subsequently subject to a major renovation, fully transforming the spaces to deliver a client experience aligned with the highest industry standards.
Designed to combine comfort, efficiency, and performance, the layout features spacious, bright public areas that encourage relaxation, as well as functional, well-equipped private areas adapted to operational needs. The site’s strategic location, in close proximity to the runways, enhances movement efficiency and ensures smooth operational flow.
The intervention carried out by Syscomax reflects Hélibellule FBO’s vision: to provide high-performance and secure infrastructure while supporting the growth of air traffic and strengthening its role as a key contributor to socio-economic development.
