Dekhockey Saint-Eustache

Pursuing a business relationship initiated in 2018 following the completion of Phases 1 and 2 of the DekHockey St-Eustache complex, the owners of this recreational facility once again entrusted Syscomax with the mandate to design and construct a third expansion phase.

This new stage involves extending the existing building on the west side, directly adjacent to Phase 2, in order to fully optimize the use of the site. Phase 3 includes the addition of two new playing surfaces to meet the growing demand, as well as an expansion of the parking area, allowing for 114 additional spaces at the front and side of the building.

Designed by Jean-François Dupuis and structurally executed in collaboration with Acier Cartier, this phase represents over 24,000 sq. ft. (2,230 m²) of expansion. It includes more than 18,000 sq. ft. (1,672 m²) dedicated to new playing surfaces and spectator seating areas, as well as a 5,860 sq. ft. (545 m²) service area featuring full restroom and shower facilities. This space is also designed to accommodate, in the future, a sports retail store, storage areas for the restaurant and bar, and a small training room for private sessions and staff use. A 5,840 sq. ft. (543 m²) mezzanine further enhances the project, offering additional future development potential.

Upon completion of this third phase, the DekHockey St-Eustache complex will feature six indoor playing surfaces and two outdoor fields, further strengthening its role as a major hub for the practice of this rapidly growing sport.
