The Project
In 2014, Boulons Plus, a manufacturer and distributor of bolts and anchors for the construction industry, entrusted Syscomax with the construction of its new industrial building, with a total area of 35,056 sq. ft. (3,256 m²). Located in the Mirabel industrial park, the company was now able to bring together its administrative, production, storage, and distribution activities under one roof.
Driven by strong growth, Boulons Plus once again turned to Syscomax to expand its storage capacity. An addition of 14,000 sq. ft. (1,301 m²) was completed in 2021, bringing the total building area to 49,056 sq. ft. (4,557 m²).
